“The bed arrived on time but the mattress was stained and damaged. Screws and attachments missing for the headboard. So can not be used I have contacted the seller with no response and can not find a direct phone number or email for Wowcher. So we are now stuck with a dirty mattress and a headboard that cannnot be attached and no one will refund/replace or make contact”

“The head in the picture is not the one I received. I received a shorter one. When I assembled the headboard it slumped further down because of the way it was manufactured. The mattress is OK. It deeps from the edge when I get into bed. It would have been great to know that I have to pay for the men who delivered the bed to bring into my house. I was alone and was told they only drop on ground level. Thank you”
