“I Visited Caffe Concerto In New Knightsbridge For An Afternoon Tea For Two. When We Arrived They Tried To Seat Us In The Corner Which Was Cramped And Someone Else Was Using The Chairs To Store Their Bags On. We Were Given A Small Teapot Of Tea That Barely Served One Tea Cup And When I Asked For A Top Up I Was Charged An Additional Fee. This Is My Second Visit To Caffe Concerto And I Was Very Disappointed. The Only Thing I Can Recommend Were Their Scones!”

“We had afternoon tea at Caffe Concerto in Covent Garden on Thursday 26th. We were welcomed & the staff were very helpful & polite. We enjoyed the sandwiches & scones with clotted cream & Jam but the mini cakes were not upto our taste & liking. They were not real cakes.”

“Fabulous beautiful venue..amazing staff..and the afternoon was fantastic..a choice of small sandwiches and gorgeous scones and cakes ...all very scrummy...a few hiccups with the wowcher code..but eventually sorted xx”

“The whole experience was super & wonderful. It was extremely busy, yet the staff were amazing, polite & superbly friendly. The customer care was on point, checking on us periodically with a non pressurised manner. My daughter & I had an awesome experience together.
