“Really happy with this bed. It's super sturdy. It was quite awkward to build some of it so a second pair of hands is helpful. One of the pieces was damaged in the packaging but it was quickly replaced with no issues. So all in all, a great buy!”

“We purchased just the bed frame. It took 2 of us 3 hours to put it together. It was straight forward just fiddley. It's a good solid bed, very heavy, with plenty of storage - just what we wanted. No issues with the bed but, the delivery was another issue. We were informed at purchase (Tuesday) that it would be delivered the following week. On the Thursday, we received an email stating it was to be delivered the following day Friday between 8am and 6pm. We were supposed to be going out to do our shopping, so rearranged our day so we would be in for the delivery, as we didn't want it left out in the rain. We wasted a whole day and nothing arrived. The Delivery company's tracking site doesn't have information for the customer, leaving us unsure if it would arrive over the weekend. No one was answering telephones or emails from the company. It finally arrived late on the Monday afternoon when my wife was on her own and it was just dumped outside the front door. No one knocked or rang the bell. as she was sitting in a silent house looking at her phone messages with her dog at her feet. These were very heavy boxes which she was unable to carry in on her own.”
