“The item has not arrived one week after the delivery date and the seller is no longer responding to emails. The tracking for the parcel does not show anything beyond a label being created so I assume they have not yet even dispatched it.”

“Havnt received the advent calendar so couldn't give a review tracking number given doesn't work paid for it to be delivered on or before the 26th November 2024 now the 4th December and still nothing my daughter is gutted absolutely disgusting”
