“There was not a piece of steak with a Steak knife instead I’ve got shreds of beef which is totally utterly unacceptable. I had to have a winter coat on while eating in this restaurant and also the food was cold. The place was cold. The toilets were cold and very unhygienic. As you see from the pictures what was advertised and what I actually received so this is false advertisement at his finest please advise.”

“Misleading advertising it was 1 teeny bottle of beer for one and 1 small dessert for 1 person steak was thin strips of some kind of meat raw in the middle despite requesting well done and a teeny pot of chips to share between 2 people”
