“It's such a shame for Riverside Beauty. They are massively let down by the hotels facilities. The treatments were done beautifully and are so enjoyable. The girls are lovely. The pool area which is far from a spa is below standard and dated. The sauce and steam room were not in operation. The girls offered us a voucher to return to use them which was very kind, however we declined. There was nothing nice about the pool area, changing rooms and showers. Riverside Beauty is fabulous and worth a visit for some treatments . The star rating is not a reflection on Riverside Beauty it's the hotel”

“The massage and staff were fantastic! I was really happy with my treatment. I would say the wider facilities are a bit tired now but we still had a lovely time.”
