“i ordered 2 bales of these and paid £5.99 delivery per bale over a month ago , they have never arrived , relentless emails to the merchant currently not much help from the wowcher team either, they keep messaging the merchant and saying i need to wait a further 3 days due a response only to have to keep repeating the process over and over again so no towels , no response and really bad customer service all i want at this point is a refund Do not buy from either company’s”
