“My parcel went missing from my doorstep and I am still waiting for this to be resolved My first purchase from Woucher and I don't think I will be repeating the experience I found the whole process difficult and now no sign of my parcel”

“Not only was the black gillet not available after placing my order and then having to recieve an e mail requesting if a blue one would be OK, I then find that the item does not come with a power pack, vending the item useless until a power-packis ordered separately.. An email was sent to Wowcher customer services regarding this issue but have never received a response. Very disappointing.”
