“If I could give less than 1x star I would as, despite waiting since the 17/6 when my order was redeemed l, I am STILL waiting for my order!!! What a shambolic system - I have brought this up with customer services, so they are more than aware of the situation - & I'm still being pestered for a review...? Shameful”
