“Unfortunately the trip was cancelled due to a technical fault which I suppose can’t be helped. What was very unacceptable is that we were not notified of the cancellation so turned up at the pier. The merchant was unable to notify us in advance as we had purchased out tickets through Wowcher. So beware!!!!!”
