“The money I was charge is insane, for the booking, £567 to Wowcher then Lodolo charge another £279. Then on arrival at hotel was told I need to pay for everyone £4 a night for every night stay until leave the hotel. The room that was given very small to accommodate three person we could hardly find space to walk. They did not work and each time I went for a key by the time I reach the door it don’t work, for all my stay they was the situation, and the staffs just keep laughing. The hotel worker was rude. The first day they say breakfast was during the week and not on weekends. Breakfast was finish at 10:30am and was told at 10:00am breakfast finish. There was no breakfast to eat. I was told by Sam and Sean from Lodolo, I would receive a cake for by birthday none of that happens. The was very disappointed and my holiday was ruined. I would not advise anyone to pay to go there. But then no one would know because what was advertised is not what you going to get. To me this is just a scams”
