“Have no clue how to answer yhis question as I currently do not have this item as it has not been sent to me. It is sitting in the Click & Collect depot in Derby county and nowhere near where i live. I have no idea why! I have no way of being able to collect it. Both customer and office not helping to get this sent to correct address. The delivery options provided by them do not help me in retrieving my item. So I guess it just stays there and I will have a refund.”

“I was expecting this to be damaged and or scratched etc, for the price, however I was very surprised with the quality and condition of the iPad. It looks virtually unused, and it has a SIM card port too, which I was not expecting!”

“The packaging was awful just wrapped in bubble wrap. These are for Christmas presents for my grandchildren but they look second hand and £9.99 for delivery very disappointed”
