“Lovely venue, delicious food, very helpful staff, we had a very nice time , I would definitely go back. Could have had a few more sandwiches and be careful the bar is v expensive £45 for 3 drinks!!!”

“What a fabulous setting for a totally delicious afternoon tea. Staff were very attentive. Surroundings were fabulous. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Cakes were divine and scones were perfect. Highly recommend this for a special treat”

“A great afternoon and memories made, in relaxing and what was a very hot day, wonderfully welcomed cool surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive without being too much so. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the scones. This was my second visit and will definitely be going again.”

“Whilst the scones were good but small the cakes were not very nice! The so called Elton mess cake was very dense, small and had a bit of meringue piped on the top with half a strawberry. I feel it lacked quality and I glad I didn't pay full price for it”

“We had a lovely Afternoon tea at the Clermont. The waiting staff even sang 'happy birthday' and presented me with a chocolate cake with a candle! I have taken one star off, however, as the offer was for Afternoon tea with prosecco or a cocktail but we were informed that it was for a mocktail, not a cocktail.”
