“Food good but lack of variety. Had to chase up getting Prosecco & wasn’t approached for further drinks order or to see if all ok. Had to stack plates to get them taken away & asked for more cutlery, pointed to table when asked where but nothing brought over. Staff very inattentive.”

“The staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The afternoon tea was simple but fresh, plentiful and very nice - sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, chocolate profiteroles, lemon tarts and strawberry tarts. There was a separate plate of sandwiches for me as I am vegetarian and, since neither of us wanted the prosecco, we were immediately offered a soft drink of our choice instead. It was great value and I recommend it.”
