“Not worth the money. Jacuzzi not fully functional and many other items falling apart. It is not clearly advertised on Wowcher about what you will get. Basically you pay so much money for a sauna and a bath in of dirty warm water with two jets working only (jacuzzi). Honestly a waste of time and money.”

“We had a lovely day. Friendly and welcoming. Good introduction and explanation. All facilities were well maintained and access was not compromised. Enjoyed a cool glass of bubbly as well. Well done. Thoroughly worth it. Would recommend to everyone.”

“Staff were nice and the place was aesthetically well presented. But the spa itself did not meet spa requirements or expectations. Quite upset as this was booked for a 60th birthday.”

“Great Central London location. Willing to help staff. Thats where the positives about Euphoria Spa ends unfortunately. The jacuzzi was like sitting in a lukewarm bath; the sauna you bearly got a sweat; the other steam room that you have access to was better but you could only fit about six people which made it a tight fit; the pink salt room was a damp dark nothing room! The choice of treatment is self applied, where you get guided into one of the empty treatment rooms and get to apply the treatment to yourself, I chose the body scrub, it was very oily and very little exfoliation. I wondered why there was a big curtain over the entrance to the ladies changing room I realised why when I closed the door and we wasn't able to get out again because the handle was broken and had to bang on the door until someone on the other side would let us out. In the ladies changing room there are two showers but only one with a door and one toilet. The facilities within the changing room are quite sparse for instance there's a little area to rest your bag or maybe sit on. There are top of the range hair dryers available to use.”
