“After visiting on two previous occasions and told our family members its fantastic i brought my young daughter and her boyfriend two wowchers to experence the experence. on arrival greeted by the lady and shown our seat , round by thr front stage near the serving hatch/table , while the lady was explaining the deal /meal etc a trolly robot stopped and subsequently dropped someone dinner on the floor smashing the plate of food evrywhere , not a great start! this meant the lady stopped talking and then cleared up the mess , she was trying to do everything as well as serve us and 4 other tables , drinking time was lost no order taken until all cleared up, at the time 13.25hrs so still no drinks , this trew the poor lady outand so took a while to get food and drinks ,still only 1 member of staff . we was not made speacial or waited on like previous occasions , and my daughter was not impressed and when the boyfriend got his cider it was filled full of ice so the cider became watered down , as so it went on , eventually more staff appeared and hel[ped but didnt give any persoll service didnt say when our time was up or prior warning just stopped serving , not as before , this left a bitter experence after i built the sound cafe uo beforehand. whats happened , ?????”

“This is the third time I’ve done this bottomless brunch with my friend. It’s such great value and the staff are so helpful and friendly. Our glasses were constantly refilled and we didn’t ever have to ask them to refill. If you’re looking for a bottomless brunch in London then do it! The food is lovely and plenty to choose from. We will be back!”

“Dreadful service until Roberto stepped in and saved the day. Host very miserable snd not very welcoming. Always had a good time here and visit quite often but not sure if going back.”
