“It was disorganised chaos. At Maidstone we hadn't been told where to meet the coach so was standing the wrong place for 10 minutes. We were late arriving at the port and just about made the ship. The coach park was full in Bruges so we was dropped off and picked up on the side of the road. The guide and driver were like the chuckle brothers, bit not funny. Passport control was horrendous both sides. I certainly won't rush to do another one. Only good point was the price.”

“Couldn't go on our planned coach trip as my companion went down with covid. I contacted the company to let them know and ask for a refund or alternative date and they flatly refused to consider giving us any other options! Will never use them again and would advise people not to bother!!”
