“The bed did not come with any instructions and so we had to use YouTube to look at a few videos to figure out how it went together, we were happy that we had seen so many videos and understood how to assemble the bed, it would have been beneficial to have the instructions for the bed but we got around this. I’m particularly happy with the communication that we have had throughout the delivery process (direct email was much better then any type of communication with the courier) and that my bed arrived well within the expected date. As advised we left the mattress for 24 hours to air it out. The mattress has a couple of light marks on it. I appreciate that the marks won’t be seen as a cover will be over them and it won’t affect the use of the mattress, it just would have been nice to have a completely clean one without any marks. One of the wooden posts for the bed had a knot in it where there is a gap for the screw to go into it and a slight crack, so that wooden post snapped. We put some wood glue on it and some cable ties which was strong enough to hold the headboard in place. As expected the base comes in 2 parts, one of the bases had 6 silver rings to show where the feet are placed and to slot the feet into, these went easy. The other base only had 4 silver rings but could feel the other 2 holes for where the feet should be placed. When putting in the 2 feet that did not have silver rings, they wouldn’t stay put, so I called on family to help fix that problem. Two of the feet on the base were really tricky to get in as the silver rings (that also have inserts for the feet to slip into) were bent. We used some tools to be able to reshape them for the feet to fit, it was time consuming and a little frustrating but that was finally done. When the 2 bases are put together, on one side of the bed, the feet touch and so the bed isn’t quite fitting flush. As you can imagine, it was a little frustrating to come across these issues and I’m lucky to have help around me to fix the problems we came across. The mattress is so far very comfortable, doesn’t feel like a medium-firm one, more like a medium, I may possibly buy a topper for some extra comfort and to protect the mattress for a little longer and for extra comfort.”

“No communication, no delivery options or details. Had a phone call with info the day before, person on the phone was rude and did not provide any delivery options... after more than 6 weeks, still do not have my order.”
