“Dreadful. Rude receptionist ignored me for 20 minutes whilst with another customer and didn't even look at me until she heard my husband say 'let's leave' Room way hot, no air con, tiny and huge air con unit right outside the only tiny window that we could open for air. We left at 6am without having the breakfasts we had paid for in the £155 deal. Not a good advert for my first Wowcher experience !!”

“Wasted money on this wowcher. Will be complaining and asking for compensation as felt have wasted time and money. I’m not sure why this hotel is 4* , I would say this hotel is and should be rated 3*… missed breakfast as was not feeling well and was advised if want breakfast in room then have to call at 9.30 but when we did they said we have to order from the other menu and charge us which was not ideal as we had paid for breakfast in our stay. No spa treatments were available as they were “busy” but there was nobody using the treatment rooms etc so was confused why we had been told that!! The swimming pool and sauna was nice and big. Changing areas were good and spacious. Dinner was nice however service was not the best. Air con did not work and finally worked on the day we were leaving, had to mention this several times before someone coming out to sort it out. Our rooms were not cleaned however we requested this too. Location is very dead and local shops are 20-30 mins away. Highly don’t recommend this hotel. Extremely disappointed and very upset. Some reception staff were rude and not friendly.”
