“The hotel that was included was shocking wouldn't recommend it I went to check in guy at reception was sleeping took us a few minutes to wake him up first said we don't have a room here after 10 minutes he found the booking . Then we checked into the rooms the room had a very bed smell and bed shits were dirty looked like they aint been changed . Balcony was nasty had bird poo on the floor of it . Toilet had no tissue roll no lock on toilet and only 1 towel in the room when there's 2 people staying in the room . We went downstairs . To reception and the guy wouldn't help or give us another room we told him to come look at the room and he didn't come he just ignored us which was very rude . We then decided to leave the hotel room and unfortunately had to sleep in the car for the night and check into another hotel in the morning.”

“My mystery holiday initially was to Germany, Cologne. While I have nothing against Germany and appreciate my previous visits, it wasn't my top choice among the options available. I was then faced with a decision between Poland and Italy, both of which came with additional fees. Not keen on Poland, Italy seemed like the perfect alternative. Unfortunately, I was contacted too late to secure this option for my birthday. Instead, I was offered an alternative trip to Morocco for an additional £99.50 per person, which I accepted. The trip itself was fantastic, filled with unforgettable experiences, but I regrettably overlooked the negative TripAdvisor reviews for the hotel. Though advertised as a four-star establishment, it fell short of expectations; the food was subpar, and the cleanliness and safety of the facilities left much to be desired. While the mystery holiday turned out to be pricier than expected due to unexpected fees, I don't regret the experience. The short duration of the trip made it manageable, and it allowed me to explore a new destination. In the future, I plan to take a closer look at hotel reviews and be more proactive in my research before booking. Overall, the adventure was delightful, and I may consider trying a mystery holiday again—just with a bit more caution next time!”

“Hotel was no where near the centre of Poznan. Could not check in because the weekender breaks team who booked the holiday had not put my email address only their own so 8pm day before I was due to fly had to ring them again for them to do something in the background.”
