“Not worth money, room was unclean and covered in hairs/stains, even the robes had the same length and colour hairs. Not able to book treatments, and a cleaner walked into our room without knocking an hour before we were due to check out. Would not stay again”

“We had a lovely stay, our room was perfect "No 108" we didn't make much use of spa through our choice!! Welcome hamper was 2 strawberries covered in chocolate & 2 biscuits... There was a bottle of water in the ice bucket with the bottle of prosecco too!!! Our Meal was Lovely & Great choice for breakfast each morning!!!!”

“The reception team were extremely helpful from the time of my initial booking until we checked out after our stay. The bottle of Prosecco and the strawberries in the room were a pleasant welcome to our hotel experience. The rooms were very clean and finished to a high standard and the breakfast choices were exceptional. We will definitely be back for another stay.”
