“This is a great deal, such a huge discount and it's a great way to try out HBOT. I've had a few sessions in other places don't HBOT which were more health focused places, so I had a good idea what to expect. The staff I interacted with at Pure spa were friendly and helpful. I would say it seems comparable to other places I've tried. I don't have any issues with confined spaces so I generally find the whole experience fairly pleasant. They're noisy units (they all are) so I'd recommend wearing headphones with noise cancelling. The only minor complaint I have is that it's really not very comfortable. I've tried 2 of the locations so far, In one of the units, they had a bean bag and in another it was a bit like a gaming chair. It wasn't possible to fully lie down in either of them. I was really quite uncomfortable in both, as I would have ideally lay down so I could fully relax. I was especially uncomfortable in the Lothian road unit and once it's under pressure, it seemed to rock if I moved slightly (I think it's maybe not on the base properly), I was left feeling a bit sea sick. Despite those complaints, I still think it's a great deal as I'm there for the health benefits, I just would've liked it to be more comfortable so it could double up as a relaxing experience too. I would recommend this though if you want to see if HBOT could help.”
