“Fantastic deal, this is our 2nd wowcher mystery holiday deal, in April 24 we went to Lithuania and we are just home from Paris on 22 Dec 24. Can't fault the service, very easy to book and the travel agents do their very best to get you the best deal for the price you pay. Hotels and flights for both trips were good.”

“We got 2 nights in Italy. The regional flights from Edinburgh cost a lot more than £60 as advertised, the transfers from and to the airport were €240 each way and the flight outbound was evening and inbound was early so we only had one full day at lake Como but due to the location of the hotel we had to rely on taxis there and back. All in all we spent around £1300, so not at all worth it. Not good value.”

“We had Milan. Lovely surprise to have a city break that we wanted to see but wouldn’t think of booking, the flights were ideal (paid extra for better times and same airport) and the city break was amazing. HOWEVER I paid an extra £50 as the flight times were shocking and flying out of one London airport and returning to a different airport was the first option which is stupid if you drive to a airport who wants to fly from Luton and land at stansted how would you get home? Weird option. Also the travel agent told me that for an upgrade price the hotel would be central, this was not the case the hotel was a 20 minute drive from the city center and over an hour walk. I know it was a cheap deal but I feel like it is false advertisement when your told you can upgrade for a central hotel which clearly is not central. Would hate to think where the cheaper option hotel would be. We ended up spending more money on taxis to the hotel than the actual holiday. Other than the surprise of a destination we wouldn’t think of choosing, I would not do this again it is more hassle than it’s worth”

“This turned out to be a 2 day trip to Europe, probably Warsaw or somewhere in East Europe, with extra to pay for a different destination & then slightly different dates. It’s totally not worth the money & the lack of flexibility. Better to book direct & not think you are going to get a bargain.”
