“Never received it. Paid extra for speedy delivery. Was told 3 different delivery dates - nothing. Was advised on the 1st Aug that the item was lost in transit and they were out of stock. I was told I would receive a FULL refund of the item cost + delivery charges. Nothing. Customer service is shocking . Raised a dispute via PayPal so hoping it will be refunded soon. Absolute con. Do not buy anything from Wowcher !!!!!!!”

“The screw measurements for the swing set aren’t correct. The nuts and bolts aren’t able to fit properly or screw into each other which leaves it loose”

“Vey complicated to put together an D if it's going o be very windy, you can't take the canopy off without partly disassembleng the frame Also several tiny his n seat fabric, as if it is bulk cut for several styles, some of which may have screw going through where the holes are.”
