“Wrong set of suitcases sent. Been trying to get them changed all week. No communication at all from Groundlevel so have sent them back via Evri. Hoping to get full refund and delivery payment as well due to it not being my fault. Ordered black 20,24,28 inch, received pink 16,20,24 inch and different make. Think it has been absolutely disgusting of no communication and having to do it all myself.”

“Colour nice . 4 wheels easy to manage. No outside pockets. Roomy inside. Nice finish ? How sturdy it is will have to find out. Delivered on time. P&P expensive.”
