“Didn’t receive a bubbly or a £10 voucher. Hammam is only 45 minutes, Spa Access was to only one Jacuzzi and 2 Saunas. Didn’t really feel worth the money. Also was told to pay £20 per person due to it being a weekend. Disappointed is an understatement.”

“Very clean place, although changing room was very small for amount of guests. I’d booked a Hamman but was not informed that the therapist would be a male. He was very respectable but I did not feel uncomfortable pulling my costume down as requested for him to complete the Hamman. I will in future ask for a female therapist.”

“I was very happy with my booking! I had such a relaxing time. The place is just seriously beautiful !! with such a zen relax feel. The staff were very welcoming and nice - from speaking to the staff on the phone to accommodating whilst I was at the spa, they were really great! I had such a perfect well needed reset spa day here, I felt soo good at the end. It is clear the place is designed to help you de-stress and I felt soo happy after visiting this place.”

“The treatment was lovely; spa area is nice and clean and pleasant decor with steam room, jacuzzi pool and dry sauna available for use. I was told my treatment would be by a male therapist when I reached on the day; I totally didn’t mind and he was fantastic; but would‘’ve been nice if the venue checked this when booking. Changing room is small for the size of the venue, just one toilet and only one small table and bench to put your stuff when changing. So when there are a few people, it is quite crowded in the changing room. There were no treatments available on the day for me to use the £10 voucher; I hadn’t remembered to check this separately when booking, they didn’t ask me either when booking if I wanted something else.”

“Brand new Spa with excellant facilities in the heart of London. Easy to get to and very professional staff. My partner and I had the Hammam experiance and enjoyed it immensely.”
