“Where shall I start, if I could score 0 star I would. From the outset I wasn’t convinced when I spoke to your third party agents at PCM Travels. Peter informed me that the hotels shown on your website were not available but encouraged me to book EIX Lagotel stating it was adult only and 4*. He also informed me it was 40 mins from the airport. All of these points were a lie. The journey took an hour and a half and on arrival I realized immediately what a mistake I’d made. We had plastic furniture in our room and was surrounded by children and the sort of clientele I’d expect in Benidorm. This was a birthday surprise for my partner and she was distraught. The restaurant was shambolic and I also had to pay an extra £200 to get better flights and a buffet breakfast. We were so appalled with the hotel that I booked a new hotel in Alcudia for the second night which by the way was superb! I would never stay in this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone. I have called and emailed PCM travel requesting contact from a manager and to discuss compensation but no one has got back to me. This again reinforces my suspicions that they are a shambolic business and I am shocked and concerned you refer to them as a trusted third party agent. I believe I was scammed and sold a duff holiday this was not the pleasant get away that I’d been sold. I request some sort of intervention by your Company in assisting me my attempts at compensation.”

“After purchasing the woucher for a 2 night stay and redeeming it I was told it was a 11pm flight out meaning I wouldn't arrive at the hotel until at least 1am and a 5am return flight home meaning I'd have to leave the hotel at 2am which meant a total of 25 hours in alcudia. Obviously not happy about that they upgraded the flights at a further cost of 200 gbp. As I was told I could not get a refund from woucher as the code was already redeemed. Apart from having to pay an addition 200 the holiday it self was amazing”
