“I am very disappointed. I trusted Wowcher and bought holiday to Ibiza for 13th of August sold by Prime Holidays but I didn't happen. The Prime holiday called my last minute and said If I wanted to go on that holiday I need to add £139 each ( I bought for 2) and it wouldn’t be all inclusive, I refused to pay extra and they didn’t want to be asked more questions so they end our conversation by saying the holiday that I bought is not available anymore instead i could go to Germany, Italy or Prague. I said I paid for Ibiza all inclusive holiday not for other destinations. Next day I emailed to Wowcher customer service but my problem still not resolved.”
