“Unfortunately waiting a long time to receive this then came It needs a password to start it which did not come with the original package now have it takes a long time to connect to Internet Internet connection not very good compared to all my other Apple devices. Life is very short very disappointed.”

“I placed an order for a MacBook Pro over two and a half weeks ago. Despite my inquiries, I have yet to receive the product or any form of communication from the seller. This lack of response has left me without a laptop, despite having made a significant financial investment. As I am about to head off on a 10-day offshore trip, the lack of a laptop presents a significant inconvenience. On the basis of the lack of communication and the potential implications for after-sales customer service, I would consider avoiding this seller at all costs.”
