“The three and two seater were meant to arrive the 21st November and the armchair on the 25th, none arrived by 29th, emailed twice and not had a reply, going to have to contact the bank for a refund, don’t bother unless you want the grief, particularly if you haven’t got spare money this time of the year. Off to DFS later to pick a sofa.”
