“I couldn't redeem my voucher to book a room for the date I required, they have been fobbing me off since Thursday, saying they have contacted the merchant, they haven't, I have been in contact with the hotel ,I asked for a refund and they refused ,this is not a reflection of the hotel in any way ,this is on wowcher ,would not recommend ,they are very difficult to deal with and then have the audacity to ask you for a review for a place you cannot book due to their vouchers being unredeenable and then refuse to refund a substantial amount of money ,the people at the hotel have been very pleasant and polite ,I would love to leave a review of the hotel but due to wowcher I can't use my voucher ( which was money I couldn't afford to waste)to book my break ,ridiculous and stressful ,stressing again ,not the actual hotel ,wowcher that I booked with”
