“Wish i could give less than 1 star as the beds were never delivered send the seller is now ignoring my emails. Very unhappy and lost a lot of money”

“The beds looks and feel durable with strong base and comfortable mattress and a nice matching headboard. I bought 2 x 3inch but Unfortunately i couldn't fit them in my twin daughters room due to the length of the base. The room is on first floor and there is a staircase. I reached out to the supplier 10 days ago who has not responded to my request to return or exchange for a 2.6inch. So i still have the beds in living room. Would not advise anyone buying from this supplier to be careful not to order something that might require a refund or return.”

“Only got a 2 drawer bed instead of 4 drawers which I ordered. Apparently they don't come with 4 drawers but they are advertised as such!”

“I ordered 2 beds more than 3 weeks ago. One has been delivered damaged, the other never showed up. I no longer require it and there is no info on returning it and getting a refund. Every time I inquired I was told to wait for the merchant to respond. I am away until next week so will have to deal with it then.”
