“Not happy that there were children having swimming lessons. This is the one element that really should never affects a spa day as people come for a break and should be a relaxing spa not a leisure centre with squealing children. The relaxation rooms are full of young people playing constant videos on their phones and being very disrespectful not allowing people to relax. The massage and facial was wonderful and the lady who did this was extremely professional, informative and super friendly. However, the noise from outside the door of people speaking loudly, laughing and constant banging of doors and footsteps of endless people coming past the whole time made it very difficult to relax. Food was good, and served quickly. The lady in Fire & ice was really helpful and very friendly. None of the steam rooms had any aroma as stated and lots of things were not working like the ice room. The relaxation room was cold so nobody used it as you are wet and cold room not relaxing. Hydrotherapy pool was amazing but need more seats in the conservatory as 4 wasn’t enough for the people there. The changing rooms were shocking! Everything damaged with peeling paint and rotting wood. Very awkward changing rooms making it difficult to get into lockers when people drying their hair. Showers were appalling with broken showers, no locks, holes in the tiles, nowhere to hand towels etc and zero privacy. No idea what was in the dispensers in the showers as not labelled. Very unclean and again like a run down leisure centre rather than a spa experience. All hand sanitisers were empty throughout the site The price you charge is the same as other spas that deliver a superior quality compared to our experience.”

“Lovely relaxing day ! Treatments were good and we enjoyed the fire and ice experience. For lunch we had the sea bass and topped it off with a cocktail! In all a special mother and daughter day”
