“Delighted with the purchase. Delivery was really quick. The Rollator is excellent, easy to use and store. The shoulder bag which attaches is really roomy and the seat is so handy when my back hurts and I need to have a rest. Would recommend it.”

“To start, whilst asking for more information regarding the 2 options I was given a terse, no word, 1 photo response that explained nothing. Then told to choose something else. Then on arrival you have to build it yourself (not great for the disabled), one wheel wouldnt fit in the slot without a hammer so you cant align the support bolt hole and to top it off the brakes won't disengage. All in all not the greatest experience”
