“The description was general wear and tear but the laptop looks like it has been dropped. The key pad also is faulty and considering this is sold at £400 RRP when the deal is not on, I would not expect a laptop to be this damaged.”

“No contact from merchant wowcher waste of space I’ve never received the mac book up to now £158 out of pocket .. and no answers just refund me”

“Don’t bother I did not except the delivery and no contact from the seller , customer service is shocking , I have been so stressed they way I have been treated as a customer , you should be able to speak to a human not message through chat”
