“Haven't received my order as of yet delivery driver just takes picture of the front entrance to my block of flats where I live doesn't even attempt to press my doorbell to allow him access to the flats he just takes a picture and walks away this is from the Hermes delivery service I find this very poor I have proof from the security camera which is positioned Directly at the front door. Which you can clearly see him take a picture turn around and walk back to his delivery van. He has done this twice now and I have been informed that the next time my order will be returned to you voucher”

“The pillows are very comfortable, but the merchant is terrible, I ordered 2 packs of these only received 1 pack I have contacted the merchant twice but never received a reply the delivery details I had said both had been delivered but the photograph showed only one pack on my doorstep.”
