“I ordered two tickets through Wowcher. Wowcher gave me a code to redeem online so I could choose the date I wanted to attend. I did that for each ticket and got a message to say I'd been sent a ticket but that email never arrived, it's not in spam, it's just not there. Each Wowcher was redeemed to a different email address and neither ticket has arrived. I emailed CraftBeerFolk's customer service days ago and haven't had a response. Tried Wowcher's customer service and their advice is to print the Wowchers and get in contact with them if I have problems getting in on the day, which isn't much reassurance as they take 24 hours to respond. I'm not sure why they're not able to simply re-send the tickets. So a pretty poor experience all round so far and I haven't got to the event yet. I might not even get there without the tickets. All in all a whole load of faff for an issue that neither Wowcher not CraftBeerFolk have resolved all to try and save less than a fiver on the ticket once you factor in the booking fees.”
