“Never received this item! Wasn’t informed that my order was cancelled until I had to query the status of my order! Now almost 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund of £24.99! Was just told to speak to my bank… no info re whether Wowcher had even refunded it and could give no date?? All I can say is very poor customer service from Wowcher and I will not be shopping with them again! There is way many more retailers out there who would definitely give a better service!”
