“Haven’t received it unable to book it have been sent relevant information to book a date time slot Keep being asked to wait 3 working days I’ve asked for refund and response wait 3 working days Not happy This issue has made me not want to use Wowcher again”

“Upon arrival we were taken from the main room which was very well presented, airy, clean and comfortable into a side room which was cold, tired and made us feel like second class customers. We didn't want to have our afternoon tea experience in a room like that when a better room was available. We went back to the assistant at the bar in the first room and told her that we weren't satisfied and could we have our tea in this room. She was very obliging and said she would clear a table for us if we didn't mind waiting, which we didn't. When it was served the afternoon tea was very well presented and delicious the scones were warm and soft. We spent 3 hours in that room enjoying the Pimm's that was full of fruit. We had intended to have a walk around the grounds but were so comfortable that we didn't. I will certainly return. The staff were very pleasant and came several times to make sure we were ok and had all we needed.”
