“Sent the wrong colour with a note to avoid hold up we sent a different colour phone. Surely that should have been done in an email rather than just sending a different one out with a note for customer to make that decision whether they would rather hold out on their chosen colour or alternative”

“Good fone for being refurbished, was posted very fast, wee note inside as different colour came but that's no worries. Charger and all very happy so far”

“Excellent condition (renewed) iPhone 11, no scratches or damage. As new! The only issue was the battery that was replaced was not an original apple battery, but apart from this it's all fine and working well.”
