“The event has not yet been aired - tickets purchased are for a January date. However booking was more complicated than I expected . It is unclear as to whether the Theatre or the organisers are responsible for exchanging the voucher . Once wowcher was purchased I assumed I would have the choice of seats in the gallery or stalls, and be able to choose a seat by row and number. This is not the case ! The only phone number shown for enquiries directed me to the theatre. I was then informed that seating will be on a first come first served basis on the night of the show ( no guarantee that seats will be together or whereabouts in the auditorium my friend and I will be sitting ) . There is no phone number for enquiries with wowcher .In the past ,I have found purchases from wowcher have been excellent; simple and straightforward to redeem ;and have provided a good service . Although I feel the show will be entertaining, I am concerned at the lack of organisation and the uncertainty of seating arrangements .”
