“This purchase has been a nightmare. The listing did not clearly state that the iPad is limited to iOS 17, making it incompatible with many apps and updates. Apple support confirmed it won’t suppprt the latest update and most apps use the latest iOS version for bug fixes. The merchant, IncTablet, refused to provide a prepaid return postage label and attempted to blackmail me into dropping the dispute I raised with my payment provider before assisting further. I am claiming back all postage costs and have provided photographs of the iPad’s condition on posting to both Wowcher and my payment provider. Selling devices that are not fit for purpose in today’s digital age is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs!”
