“This was not a four star hotel, our room was in the loft space, I had to crawl out of bed, there were no bed tables to allow us to place water or phones ect on, it was supposed to be a double room and neither of us could get out bed with out having to squeeze down a tiny space. There were stairs to get in and out of the bathroom which my mother in law walked with a stick, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room neither”
