“Absolutely shocking!! Took ages to arrive when I was under the impression I could get a next day delivery only to find out after I'd purchased that I had to wait weeks for it to arrive! Spending all that time without a hoover to the receive it and it's like a kids toy!!! Barely picks ANYTHING UP! I have tried to make the best of it and been sweeping and hoovering but it takes half hour to hoover what usually would take two minutes!! And to top it off only weeks after receiving it has completely packed up and doesn't work at all so now I still have no hoover and now have to pay out for a new one. Would not recommend. Would ideally like a refund. The worst hoover I've ever had a kids toy would pick up more dirt”
