“I bought 6 Wowchers as xmas presents which did not run out until 31st March. There has been no reply and they have stopped bookings, I am now fighting for my money back”

“Bought 2 vouchers for this, when contacted Radisson blu to book was told they had not been doing afternoon tea since the end of January,I am now having to wait for a full refund from Wowcher”

“Merchant no longer offering this despite allowing me to pay for the vouchers for my wife and friends, called to make a booking and was advised no longer accepting the vouchers and to report to Wowcher. Have done so and still no refund. Merchant still advertising on Wowcher, Not a great 1st time experiance for me.”

“My friend and I booked afternoon tea on Monday 25th of November on the recomendation of a staff member of the Radisson Blu, when we went into the hotel to book the staff on the friday were very curtious and helpful, however we found quite the opposite on the Monday when we turned up, I did not feel welcomed our tea was brough to us in a cup no saucer, we had to ask for the tea to be put in a tea pot, the selection of cakes and sandwiches were very very disapointing, the sandwiches were ok nothing to write home about, however the cakes selection was chocolate cake and more chocolate cake, however we did have 2 small scones cream and jam with 2 party size ecclairs and flap jack squares that were 2 inches x 2 inches .. when we requested an alternative to the chocolate cake we were told that they did not have an alternative and and everyone likes chocolate cake however if we wanted to complain we should contact wowcher, overall I felt it was not value for money and the cakes tasted a little stale ... I would like a refund please Kind Regards Val”
