“The holiday consisted of waiting in Manchester airport terminal 3 for our flight, not realising that the gate times are not announced on speakers anymore, 5 mins after the gate was announced my wife desperately needed the toilet but a long q later and we got to the gate 3 minutes late, seeing suitcases and people on the otherside of the door we was turned away and missed our holiday. The holiday looked a good price at first but then when I found out the flight times we were offered a flight that took off at 11pm which was classed as our first night but paid an extra £78 to get an earlier flight, I think that will be the case for all great looking deals. I had a meal pre paid for in Prague so lost £130 for that, £358 for the holiday, £80 exchanging currency and £135 booking the hotel in Manchester which included parking and all we got was to sit in the lobby and drink two beers at £7.50 each, well ended up costing £700 for two beers and a long drive home! At least the travel company kindly called me up as soon as the flight took off to ask if I could confirm I wanted to cancel my holiday with no refund or compassion”

“It was an amazing 4 night trip to Prague. The Deminka Palace hotel was excellent with exceptional service from the staff. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, beds made and all other amenities. It was central to the shops, food and trips to Charles Bridge, Jewish quarters, old town and market. We visited the Museum of Fantastic Illusions which was interactive. It was great fun and well worth a visit. I can’t stress how awesome this holiday was and worth every penny. I would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again soon.”
