“Hotel was very nice on arrival but our room wasn’t so nice, really out dated room and decor, quite grubby really, shower was appalling as you couldn’t regulate the temperature so was so hot you couldn’t shower properly. Grouting on tiles was black, light fittings in the bathroom not working and hanging off wall. Room was so hot, no air con. All cracks around the door. Very poor for what I paid for this room. All over rooms had apparently been refurbished but we got given this awful room.”

“Not very happy with the room was small the decor was terrible flakey ceilings nothing in the fridge the toilet didn’t flush and taps were hard to use no Prosecco the hotel was very rundown and tired as an overview not recommended not worth the money”

“Room was awful which is a shame the hotel needs urgent maintenance attention but was informed owners are not spending money on the property. Food in the hotel was amazing but such a shame on both evenings we were the only couple having dinner.”
