“I did not receive any food, when I booked it I was under the impression that food was included, I actually booked the deal twice under the premise that food was included, it was when I booked it, but mysteriously disappeared when I went to redeem the first voucher, I feel that I should be entitled to a refund, and also feel that I should be allowed to redeem the second voucher for the full amount, it was booked over 30 days ago, as was the first one, however I did not realise that the actual offer was falsely advertised, I have attached the voucher, as I said, I did not redeem it until after 30 days, because I did not want to redeem it”
