“Never even arrived. It got damaged in transit and sent back to the supplier without DHL even informing me. I had to call up to find out what was going on and to get updates. When I contacted the supplier to get a new one sent out or a refund they never even bothered to respond. I had to spend a whole week after it was due to be delivered calling up and emailing the three different companies involved (DHL, Wowcher and sourcebynet) just to find out what was even going on. If not for Wowcher arranging for a refund I would have only given it one star, but as they did resolve the issue (even if only with Wowcher credit instead of a full refund) I give the service 2 stars.”
