“I paid for the premium option with the hopes of getting something a bit better. However the cost of delivery made me think it was always doing to be something small. I ended up with 4 solar lights which was disappointing. The fact delivery is only £3.99 before they know what you’re getting sort of gives me the idea you’ll never get any of the big options.”

If you do not like the gift/item, the gift/item cannot be exchanged for an alternative gift/item. This does not affect your cancellation rights. You’ll receive one standard item for each £9.99 paid. If you buy multiples, you’ll get an item for each. You’ll receive one premium item for each £19.99 paid. If you buy multiples, you’ll get an item for each. Because you can buy multiples, you might receive the same product more than once.

“I wasn’t expecting a top item as let’s be honest, it’s not realistic, but I received some string lights that are sold for £8 in other retailers. I expected my item to at least be to the value that I paid (premium at that). Bitterly disappointed however it did light up the group chat and we all had a good laugh at it. Certainly won’t be doing it again.”
